When players don't play well it is easy to say they don't look like a well
coached team. And please, this is not personal toward you. But it is probably more correct to say the players just aren't getting it done than the coach or "getting it done doesn't mean meeting the most optimistic hopes. Some feel that coaches making millions means a coach should be able to make players breathe fire and fart lightning bolts. But it is still the players.
Does anybody really believe that all the missed free throws and turnovers against CU were mostly not preparing or not being a PHD in psychology mind control? It looked bad and was bad, but it was the players missing free throws and making poor decisions. To assume somehow the coach didn't prepare the players with the info to make free throws and not make turnovers is just off.
